Whether this is your first time in therapy or you've been in therapy for years, we'll work together to address what you need and where you are right now.

Often we don't know what is troubling us. We may feel adrift, frustrated, scared, sad, anxious, or angry. We may be having interpersonal conflicts we can't figure out. Through introspection, compassion, and curiosity we can discover the source of our struggles and find ways to gain a stronger sense of wellbeing.
